The main tasks of the Technical Regulation Department are:
organization and implementation of state control over compliance with the requirements of technical regulations
realization of a complex of measures on revealing of offences in the field of technical regulation;
The following functions are performed by the Department in order to carry out its tasks:
Assists in the development of normative documents in the field of technical regulation;
Analyzes the activity of testing and measuring laboratories for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, and gives the appropriate conclusions.
takes measures to eliminate violations identified in the process of control over the implementation and observance of normative documents in the field of technical regulation;
establishes facts of realization of products (services) that do not meet the requirements of technical regulations.
